Jeff Crabtree
Interim Associational Mission Strategist
The Leadership Team is excited to share that Jeff Crabtree will serve as our part-time Interim Associational Mission Strategist beginning January 5, 2026!
Jeff Crabtree is no stranger to the South Central Baptist Association (SCBA), having served what was then known as the Warren Association of Baptists (WAB) as Associational Mission Strategist (AMS) for five fruitful and impactful years from 2007-2012. Jeff was called away from the WAB to serve as the South Central Regional Consultant for the Kentucky Baptist Convention (KBC) from 2012-2016, served as Pastor of Faith Development at Hillvue Heights Church from 2016-2021, and then returned to the KBC to serve as South Central Regional Consultant again from 2021 until his retirement in October 2025.

Amy Smith
Ministry Assistant
Amy Smith has served the South Central Baptist Association as the Association Assistant since August 2003. She and her husband have two adult married children and one granddaughter. Amy and her family are members of Calvary Baptist Church in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Jenna Curtis Fields
Missions Mobilization Coordinator
Jenna Curtis Fields has joined the South Central Baptist Association as Missions Mobilization Coordinator. She is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor of science in exercise science and pre-physical therapy. She is also a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity in Missiology. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Applied Theology in Missiology from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
For our association, she assists churches in mobilization strategies and evangelism outreach, as well as help churches with local, state, and national initiatives. She also serves at Glendale at Cave Mill church as the Director of Students. Jenna is married to her husband, Barry Fields, pastor of Glendale at Cave Mill.
